Attorney William J. Gillespie has over twelve years experience representing clients throughout Massachusetts.

He earned a BSBA degree from Stonehill College and his Law degree from Southern New England School of Law.

His law practice is general in scope, concentrating in the areas of Personal Injury, Divorce and Criminal Law. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Plymouth County Bar Association. He also serves as a Probate and Family Court Attorney volunteering his time at the Brockton Division of the Probate and Family Court.

Attorney Gillespie has represented clients with Personal Injury claims arising from the negligence of a third party. His professional approach and aggressive representation has enabled his clients to receive maximum settlements.

He has successfully represented clients in all types of Domestic Relations matters including Divorce, Complaints for Modification and Complaints for Contempt in the Probate and Family Courts of Bristol County, Middlesex County, Norfolk County, Plymouth County, and Suffolk County.

Attorney Gillespie has successfully defended clients charged with criminal offenses, including OUI/DUI/DWI, (Drunken Driving), Domestic Violence, and Drug possession and distribution in the District and Superior Courts throughout Massachusetts. He has represented clients in the Bristol, Norfolk and Plymouth Superior Courts. He has also represented clients in the Attleboro, Boston Municipal, Brockton, Dedham, Dorchester, Dudley, Fall River, Hingham, Lynn, Marlborough, Natick, New Bedford, Quincy, Plymouth, Somerville, South Boston, Stoughton, Taunton, Wareham, Westborough, West Newton, West Roxbury and Wrentham District Courts.
